I am Hunter Berge - a full-stack engineer. I have a unique background of innovation, engineering, and business management.

I enjoy working in agile environments where creative thinking and problem solving drive progress. Growing up an entrepreneur, I have acquired the skill-sets needed to out think problems and develop efficient and elegant solutions. Bootstrapping a company (Lot Spot Inc.), building a full stack of technologies, dealing with government clients, failing/succeeding, and bringing the company to millions in valuation has taught me a variety of skills most cannot learn in a class or reading a textbook. It has taught me to be patient yet deliberate, that one should appreciate failure, embrace it, and learn from it, and the importance of open-mindedness.

    2015 - Present

    Managed Lot Spot’s team of 6 technical employees to develop and maintain the company’s software and hardware.

    Developed the system architecture for a state of the art machine learning CV algorithm that is 11x less computationally taxing and 20% more accurate than leading solutions.

    Coded a full-stack application utilizing 20+ technologies to store, parse, and display traffic and parking metrics.

    Developed ERDs to construct the database architecture and headed UI/UX design for mobile application.

    Built a full-stack application to manage local and state park safety during COVID-19.

    Designed and developed a ReactJS front-end with supporting web APIs and database within a 1 week deadline.
